Friday night was the place to be Skyview at Power Homecoming Affair Liquor & Food don't forget the music in Fayetteville North Carolina. This was all put together by the White Linen Production, We Ball Nation, Moet City, GBS, Gully ENT, Sexy Lady Production, Badd Biddie ENT and Lamar Russ professional boxer and Foxy 99.1 very own HALA. Daequan Hawkins explains that Power Homecoming Affair was one of class and elegance a prelude of what is to come in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The temperature ranged from 55 to 66 degrees. That didn't stop the crowd from coming out and supporting. All the guest wore grown and classy clothing during the time of Power Homecoming Affair at 121 Hay Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina. They had about 500 or more people in the building. “We were looking forward to about 300 people or more people,” said Daequan Hawkins.

Asked the founder of Power Homecoming Affair how he come up with the idea, Julius Riley said, “I wanted to be legit. Wanted to do something powerful in my own city. Every time I watch the popular show Power reminded me of myself. It is Fayetteville State University Homecoming week what better way to start it off just right." Asked how he came up with the idea for the Power Homecoming Affair, Daequan Hawkins said, " I came at a detour and wanted to go legit, I was rapping than started to promote so my mentor Kevin McCrimmon, the co-founder put this promotion team and rap label together, Moet City Production. We have a classic street anthem independently released Single video on YouTube Called Early Morning Trapping Late Night Ballin. During the video, they had a couple of people in it kind of felt like power. They had on different clothing. It struck me from there I should do something like that in Fayetteville." A total of 183 people attended Early Morning Trapping Late Night Ballin in 2011 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Daequan and Julius also promote Adult Parties and clubs on Saturday night at Diamondz on Bragg Blvd. "We had some dancers in the building. In addition to parties, they also do concerts and give back to the community. As for wearing grown and sexy clothing to the “Power Homecoming Affair,” Daequan Hawkins said the rules were enforced and strict, very strict. They didn’t have to wear high-heels, but pants and tops had to be sexy.” " Julius Riley said, "it was a success see you next year."
